The revision vas submitted by Oxbow Mining, LLC. All re?liew and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of ?lrng? This Technical Revision provides far the addition of as rr?any as thirty-three gab vent boreholes at the l?lk Greek Mine. Twenty-seven drill pads and associated temporary, light use roads will be installed; the borehales will be fitted with pumps for mine ventilation, and eventually reclaimed, The underground coal mining operation is on land located approximately ? miles forth of Somerset, Colorado, The permit area is further described as follows: Township 1?
