Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Moonscape Pit, 112 Permit No. M-1997-027, Conversion <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety has completed the review process for the above referenced <br />conversion application and determined that A.J. Botti Construction and Gravel has met the requirements for a <br />112c conversion under the Rules and Act. Staff is pleased to inform A.J. Botti Construction and Gravel that the <br />conversion application is approved. <br />The reclamation liability estimate is calculated to be $32,183.00. The estimate is based on a maximum of 8 acres <br />maximum disturbance at any one time. The reclamation estimate has already been accepted by the operator. A.J. <br />Botti Construction and Gravel must submit and have accepted both a Financial and Performance Warranty for the <br />revision to become active. No disturbance may occur in the added acreage until the warranties are in place <br />and all other necessary local, state and federal permits (if required) are approved and in place.
