This area is in the last stages of reclamation and converting the <br />status of this dam is a final piece of the reclamation process. Erin Light, Division Engineer, has signed <br />the "Notice of Intent" for this dam and included a note referencing the water rights case: associated with <br />the storage of water behind this dam.
