Drawer D <br />Hayden, CO 81639 <br />In Reply Refer To: <br />170 (3400) <br />COC0114093 <br />APR 0 3 RECD <br />Dear Mr. Altavilla: <br />This letter is in response to the letter signed by Mr. Roy Karo, dated <br />February 13, 1995, concerning surface owner review and consent of your Mine <br />Permit Application No. C-94-082 for the Yoast Mine. <br />The Bureau of Land Management has consented to surface mining of federally <br />owned coal and surface estate by the issuance of federal coal lease COC0114093 <br />_ • as modified. The mining and reclamation plan was reviewed and comments were <br />sent to Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology on January 20, 1995. We <br />have received Seneca's revisions and are currently reviewing the package. Our <br />normal procedure is to return comments directly to DMG.
