1) Test holes 1 through 8 were drilled from June 30, 2008 to July 2. 2008 and test holes 9 and 10 were <br />drilled on November 19, 2008. The test holes were drilled with a CUE 55 drill rig mounted on an <br />all-terrain vehichle and using 4-inch diameter continuous flight augers. <br />2) The teat pits were excavated with a Cat trackhoe provided by the client on June 19, 2008. <br />3) The test trench/pit was excavated with a Cat trackhoe provided by the client in July 2009. <br />4) Locations of the test holes and test pits were determined in the field by NWCC and than surveyed in <br />by the client. <br />5) IIevations of the test holes and pits were determined by the client. <br />0) The lines between materials shown on the logs represent the approximate boundaries between material types <br />and transitions may be gradual. <br />i• <br /> <br />7) The water level readings shown on the logs were. made at the time of excavation/drilling and when <br />measured 1 to 332 days after the drilling was completed.
