The
revision was called complete on November 6, 2009. The decision due date is November 16, 2009.
In Minor Revision No. 113, Bowie Resources LLC is proposing to terminate the temporary monitoring of
water flow at the bottom of the Hubbard Creek shaft. The monitoring was performed to assess the success
of the pre-grouting and shaft liner construction in stopping groundwater from entering the newly
constructed shaft. The monitoring is no longer needed since there was no water flow recorded at the
bottom of the shaft.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
oseph J. dash
Environmental Protection Specialist
JJD/Ahd
cc: Jim Stover, J.E.
