proposed changes, Colowyo must revise the SEDCAD modeling for the East <br />Taylor Pond design. The pond design is contained in Exhibit 7 - East Taylor <br />Pond, beginning on Page Exh. 7-ET-1. The entire design must be revised <br />including all drawings, the watershed model, the SEDCAD curve number <br />breakdown (using curve numbers approved with Technical Revision 73), the 10- <br />year/24 hour storm event modeling, the 25-year/24 hour storm event modeling, <br />the 100-year/24 hour storm event modeling and the emergency spillway <br />evaluation. The model must reflect the projected worst-case conditions for the <br />East Taylor watershed to ensure the integrity of the pond and its ability to treat the <br />10-year/24 hour storm event and safely pass the 25-year/24-hour storm event. <br />Copies of the revised East Taylor Pond model need to be submitted to the <br />Division for review. <br />This concludes the incompleteness review for Colowyo's Technical Revision 83. Please <br />note that although this revision included changes to the permanent post-mining channels <br />and post-mining topography, none of the technical aspects of the submittal have been <br />reviewed. As stated above, once the Division has received the above requested <br />information, a second completeness review will begin.
