To further protect hydrologic balance, tank <br />inspections and ground inspections will occur daily on the site. If any fuel spill is encountered, <br />the material will be removed from the site, as stated in the SPCC plan. Also, the Division will be <br />notified in case of any spills on site. The portable mining equipment such as loaders, dozers, and <br />trucks will be serviced on an as-needed basis from portable service truck making short visits to <br />the site. Upon final reclamation, all equipment will be removed from the site. <br />No problems are expected with vandalism. <br />The operator commits to clearly marking the permit boundary with stakes surveyed on site. The <br />site will use all existing roads to haul the product to its final destination. It is planned that the <br />material will be used to make asphalt, or provide new base material for any new roads within an <br />economic distance to the site. <br />In addition to the listed above facilities, the following are ancillary to the mining and processing <br />activities: <br />- Parking for workers <br />-Mobile Equipment storage and maintenance <br />Cugnini Pit, November 2009 D-6
