We are going to require a minimum barrier pillar dimension between15 Left and the old works. The same holds true for
14 Left and 13 Left, for both inby and outby portions, and for 12 Left. The mine has not submitted a plan for that yet. The
mine claims that there is at most 30 feet of water head however that amount could create inundation in event of accidental
breakthrough. They are performing stability analysis but are not yet finished. Your stipulation might add,
