The same holds true for <br />14 Left and 13 Left, for both inby and outby portions, and for 12 Left. The mine has not submitted a plan for that yet. The <br />mine claims that there is at most 30 feet of water head however that amount could create inundation in event of accidental <br />breakthrough. They are performing stability analysis but are not yet finished. Your stipulation might add, <br />
