GSM finds that Minrec has met or exceeded the requirements for bond release on the phases and <br />acreages as noted above. OSM hereby provides concurrence to release the bond acreages and <br />amounts set forth in the Proposed Decision document. <br />In-its "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance for the Phase Zr and Phase 771 Final Bond <br />Release ?SL?2}" document, the Division determined that all reclamation requirements have been <br />successfully performed in compliance with the approved reclamation plan. The Division is <br />proposing to release 100% of the remaining applicable bond liability, Which is $ 42,065.00. The <br />Division currently holds a Certificate of Deposit ?No. 394312040022} for $ 4$,x00.00 through <br />U.S. Bank.
