A called kView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on <br />program Quit your computer in order to use a DRMS imaging CD <br />the find time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase m= be in the D: A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain film with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that <br />will handle single and mild-age documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture <br />and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QtwkVww. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "Irf uliView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with <br />QwckView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured ad your default.tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse <br />this software and the licensing and registration are the user's respons1ility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Preview" and "Imsgmg for Windows". <br />Instructions: <br />1. Insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD firom the computer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QuickView Au torun, which ems the QuickVww <br />setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program <br />does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Perssit File document Imago cam be viewed In the reception area of the DRMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. <br />The CD/DVD purehase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD.
