The CD will contain film with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for.tif files on your computer that will handle single and mild-age documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do not work with QtwkVww. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DRMS has determined that a program called "Irf uliView", which can be downloaded from IrfanView.com, does work with QwckView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured ad your default.tif viewer. DRMS does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's respons1ility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imsgmg for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD firom the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Au torun, which ems the QuickVww setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. The Perssit File document Imago cam be viewed In the reception area of the DRMS office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purehase cost coven the time and labor of making the CD. DRMS cannot provide computer related support.
