A representative from the Division of Wildlife has visited the site and has the following comments. The Division of Wildlife does not foresee significant impacts to wildlife or wildlife habitat in the proposed area. To our knowledge there are no known Threatened or Endangered species within or in close proximity to the project sites. We would suggest that any ground disturbance be reclaimed to native grass species. We recommend using NRCS seeding guidelines when the site is to be reclaimed. Adherence to the reclamation plan provided is optimal and will provide the best benefit to the land. Once again, thank you for the opportunity to comment on-this issue.
