A <br />copy of the lease agreement for the Kern Reservoir shares that will be used as a replacement source <br />was recently provided to this office on. October 28, 2009. This substitute water supply plan is a combined <br />replacement plan. The plan identifies replacement sources to cover depletions from three mine sites along <br />the Cache La Poudre River. The required fee of $771 (3 x $257) has been submitted.
