Expansion <br />Request for Extension of Proposed Decision <br />Dear Mr. Nettleton: <br />On November 3, 2009, the Division received a letter from Twentymile Coal Company, via e-mail, <br />requesting an extension of the proposed decision date for TR67. The Division sent Twentymile Coal <br />Company (TCC) an adequacy letter on August 6, 2009. TCC provided an adequacy response on October <br />16, 2009. TCC has requested the proposed decision date to November 10, 2009 to allow the Division <br />adequate time to review TLC's responses.
