I worked very closely with Rampart <br />Surveyors through the process to insure of the accuracy. I hope they met your <br />requirements. <br />Exhibit A <br />Exhibit A shows the topo of the Entire 49.91 acres and also the outline of the <br />wetlands area. This wetland area is marked by 16 stakes. Each of them painted light blue <br />with blue ribbon. <br />Exhibit B <br />Exhibit B shows the 32 acre permit boundary from the 49.81 acre parcel <br />delineating the permit area. There are 12 stakes painted orange with orange ribbons at the <br />32 acre corners. The map also shows the acreage for the wetland. <br />Exhibit C <br />Exhibit C shows current mining area's that are used (some leveled) for processing <br />equipment and stocking piling. A large amount of materials are imported from other <br />mining areas and processed in the large area by the scales. The wash plant and <br />stockpiling are in the north side of the pit. The road base area is located on the south east <br />portion of the mining area. <br />Reclaimed areas 1-7 are shown. 1-4 are completed with grass growing on them. <br />Area 5-7 will be completed soon. Future reclaim area will be completed by spring 2010 <br />or sooner. Scale's and concrete apron dimensions are shown for warranty and reclaim <br />purposes. Reclamation topsoil stockpiles are identified. <br />Exhibit D <br />Exhibit D displays the permitted 32 acre mining area and the future expected <br />mining area. Area A, C, and D may be slightly disturbed in 2010 if business warrants it. <br />Exhibit E <br />Exhibit E is a certified letter sent to Quest regarding the small three pair phone <br />line (only one is in use) that runs through the area we are working in.
