The Decision Form is enclosed.
This revision application re-incorporates herbaceous production and species diversity success standards
for the Tie across Haul road corridor (TAHR). These Standards for the TAHR were inadvertently deleted
from the permit application package text in a prior revision. In addition, the cover letter to the revision
application commits to submittal of a density standard for Aspen planting areas (within a Technical
Revision) by April 30, 2010.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
aniel %Ma?thews
Environmental Protection Specialist
DTM/Ahd
C-CI-01 C1982057 DTM 10302009124030.doc
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
