No <br />other outfalls flowed during the period. No exceedances were noted. <br />Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) tests were collected for analysis for Outfalls 005W during the period. The tests <br />indicated that the effluent were not acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival (see attached laboratory report). Outfall 007W did <br />not flow during the period. <br />In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the actual DMR forms to cover <br />the outfalls, which did not discharge. These include Outfalls 002A (Pond T), 003A (Pond B), 004A (Pond C), 006A (Pond E), <br />007A,007W,and MON 7 (note all are site Pond F), and 008A (Pond G). <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry of those individuals responsible for obtaining the information, 1 believe the submitted information is <br />true, accurate, and complete. 1 am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information, including the <br />possibility of fine and imprisonment.
