Ready Mix. conducted by 1.ric Scott oi'DRN1S. DRMS nlet Mike Koellner of'l.K1. Ready <br />Mix on site at approximatcly 1200 on October 27. 2009. Mr. Koellner then took DRNIS on a brief tour of the <br />most recently actiyc area of site. 1 he mining site Identllicatlon siun \yas observed at the active- site entrance. <br />fhe site is a stream channel excavation located in the channel of the south fork of Frenchman Creek. The <br />property is also currently being used to graze cattle by the land omicr. Two stockpiles of material were staged <br />oil the edge of the channel near the site entrance. and DRMS was told that active mining at the site was <br />completed. Re-sloping ofthe disturbed stream banks has been completed in most areas at this tinle. DIZMS <br />il <br />encouraged Mr. Koellner to complete the reslopin?( ofall disturbed areas ofthe stream channel and beg" <br />reyegetation efl()rts with the approved seed mix as Soon as practical. This \yill alloy yegctation to re-establish <br />as soon as possible and enable an earlier final release of the site \yhen the final stockpiles are removed.
