Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) has reviewed and found <br />the above referenced report to be in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2). The Third Quarter <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on 27 October 2009. The reports <br />cover the time period from 01 July 2009 through 30 September 2009. <br />Four NPDES outfalls discharged during the Third Quarter of 2009. Outfalls 001 and 002 <br />discharged routinely throughout the quarter. Outfall 021 discharged during the beginning of <br />April due to precipitation events response to snowmelt. Outfalls 011 and 020 discharged during <br />the first couple of weeks of the quarter and were sampled for WET analyses during the quarter. <br />No exceedances of WET test limitations were observed. <br />It is noted that no exceedences of primary effluent limitations occured during the quarter. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
