APPENDIX A
DRMS Form 2 Public
LYNX-ROYAL JV LLC
Slick Rock LH2 Project
Proposed Action
Introduction
Lynx-Royal JV LLC (LRJL) proposes to conduct exploratory drilling on Federal lands, claimed
by LRJL and managed by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management, located northeast of Egnar, San
Miguel County, Colorado. The proposed action consists of boring 5 air rotary hole and is
intended to obtain information about historic drill-indicated mineralization and mineral trends.
The proposed drill holes (Pdh-P1-A through Pdh-P1-E) are located in T.43N., R.18W., New
Mexico Prime Meridian. The proposed drill sites are located near an existing road. The sites
will require a total of about 1,500 feet of off-road, over-the-ground access trails with that
distance divided among segments between about 100 ft and 530 feet long. Construction (e.g.
physical disturbance) of new access roads will not occur.
Site and Claim Information
Confidential
Starting Date and Duration
Drilling is proposed to start by mid-November, 2009. The actual date will depend on permitting
and drill rig availability constraints. Drill program duration should about 10 days.
Pre-Drilling Surveys
Lynx-Royal JV LLC will have a third-party archeological survey conducted of the drill sites and
access trails. The archeologist will hold the appropriate licenses to conduct such a survey.
Given the small size of the program, no other pre-drilling surveys such as wildlife, or endangered
species, are planned. The archeological survey results will be submitted under a separate cover.
Drilling Information
Five holes are proposed for the claim block. Approximate GPS coordinates (Lat/Long WGS84)
and hole particulars are shown in Table 1. The holes will start in sediments belonging to the
