Explored for, designed, and engineered successful completion of eight production wells for the
facility. Specific duties included field geologic reconnaissance, permitting, well design and construction,
pump tests, and completion specifications.
Cheyenne Belvoir Ranch Paleozoic Exploration Cheyenne, Wyoming
Provided water supply exploration for the City of Cheyenne Board of Public Utilities (BOPU). Project
involved advanced field and geophysical exploration techniques to characterize complex geologic
structures west of Cheyenne, Wyoming on the City of Cheyenne Belvoir Ranch.
Cheyenne Belvoir Ranch Level H Study - Cheyenne, Wyoming
Project hydrologist for a groundwater exploration project for the Wyoming Water Development
Commission, sponsored by the City of Cheyenne, Board of Public Utilities. Explored and developed
groundwater resources on 76,000+ acres in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Laramie County Aquifer Study
The aquifer study is a long-term study to develop a GIS system, Aquifer Management System and
ground water atlas for the county. The commissioners will use the study to aid in policy decisions and
approval review for subdivisions.
Prospect Valley Water Project, Adams County Colorado
Prime consultant for water export project that sought to change irrigation water rights to municipal
use. The duties included consumptive use analysis for over 50 wells, ground water and surface water
modeling, and project design for the purpose of exporting and transporting water. Project included
conceptual design of aquifer storage and recovery in the Lost Creek alluvium.
Morgan County Quality Water District, Colorado
The district utilizes on-site and imported water supplies. Evaluated potential new supplies. The
evaluation has included water rights issues, water quality and yield analysis. A computer model was
developed to determine the yield of the system without adverse impact to water quality.
Colorado Rock Products Association
Served as the consultant in a constitutional water rights challenge. He performed a study of the South
Platte Basin to determine the effect of evaporation on the entire stream system. This project included
successfully defending the challenge in water court.
Banning Lewis Ranch
Responsible for the water rights adjudication and water resource planning for the proposed Banning
Lewis Ranch development. Duties included quantification of the Denver Basin water rights,
evaluation of alternative 'surface water supplies, and water demand. Also worked closely with the
City of Colorado Springs and the El Paso County Commissioners to develop an integrated water
supply.
i)
