As of this time I have been the only one notified of the <br />permit request, <br />(received Oct. 23, 2009). In my letter we were given a deadline of 4:00 P.M. of Oct. 26, 2009 to respond. <br />The reason we are objecting at this point is due to we wish to have time to establish our rights and <br />liabilities in this pit issue. <br />As we live out of state this will take more than several business days. <br />Thank you for your time, effort and consideration in this matter.
