RECLAMATION COSTS
We have included the original reclamation plan. We have included the original conservation plan from
the 2002 Permit Application. We intend to follow the plan according to the Soil Conservation Service.
It is estimated that if independent contractors were hired by the State of Colorado to perform
reclamation of the site in three acre increments, the cost would be broken out as follows:
1. Mobilization $2,000
2. Seed Wulch $1,500
3. Grading $1,000
4. Planting $ Soo
5. Water $ 100
6. Demobilize $2,000
The Total cost for three acres would be about $ 2,100 for three acres. The entire pit is 18 acres, so the
costs of reclamation for the Pit would be approximately $42,600 or $2,400 per acre.
