The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the
Colorado Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on August 25, 2009, a minor revision application
(MR-10) to the Hamilton Mine, Permit No. C-1991-078, operated by Honeywood Coal Company, 95
White Bridge Road, Suite 404, Nashville, TN 37205 was considered complete for the purposes of
filing. With this revision, Honeywood Coal Company commits to include a description of weed
management activities in the Annual Reclamation Report. All reviews and comment periods as
provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing.
