Division Director <br />DivMi" of Reclamation, Natural Resource Trustee <br />Mkft and Safety <br />Re: Gehrman Gravel Pit, M-2009-078, Receipt of 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Application Package, Complete. <br />Dear Mr. Seigmund: <br />On October 5, 2009 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your 112 Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit t Application package for the Gehrman Gravel Pit, File No. M-2009-079. <br />Staff determined that the application is complete and ready for review as of October 14, 2009. Per Rule <br />1 4 8 the Decision date is set 90 days from the completeness date which is January 19, 2009. Please be <br />aware that if all issues are resolved prior to that date a decision may be rendered. If an objection to the <br />amendment is received which cannot be resolved the matter will be scheduled for the February 2010 <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board hearing at the earliest. <br />Per Rule 1.6.2(d), the operator must start publication of the required public notice within 10 days of this <br />letter for four (4) times, once a week, for consecutive weeks in a local newspaper. The end of the <br />public comment period is 20 calendar days from the last date of publication of the notice. Please <br />inform staff of the commencement of the public notice process, the final date of publication and the <br />comment period end date. The required proof of publication must be sent in once the publication <br />period has ended.
