Two consecutive public notice's of the proposed <br />decision were published in the Craig Daily Press on September 23, 2009 and September 30, 2009. <br />The September 23rd public notice initiated a thirty-day public comment period that parties having. <br />objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding this proposed revision. <br />No comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. The 30th day fell on <br />Friday, October 23, 2008. As per rule 2.08.4(6)(iii) the Division's decision is considered final. <br />If you have any questions feel free to contact me.
