970)304-6496 has filed an application for a Limited Impact
?110d) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colo-
rado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known
as the Pierce North Pit and is located at or near Section 1,
Township 8 North, Range 66 West of the 6th PM.
The proposed date of commencement is October 2009, and the
proposed date of completion is December 2015. The proposed
future use of the land is flood control pond. Additional informa-
tion and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Divi-
sion of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street,
Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, [phone], or at the
Weld County Clerk and Recorder's Office; 1402 N. 17th Street,
