<br />(11 Od) Designated Mining Reclamation Permit with the Colorado
<br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colo-
<br />rado Mined Land Reclamation Act. The proposed mine is known
<br />as the Pierce North Pit and is located at or near Section 1,
