Please note that one copy lists two mines, Kerr (Marr) Mine, Permit No. C-80-006 <br />and the Southfield Mine, Permit No. C-81-014. <br />In the "description/special provisions block" of one certificate, it includes the <br />written clause that has been previously approved by the Division concerning the <br />insurance cancellation policy pertaining to the DRMS.
