I am providing <br />the attached documentation as per that request. <br />The June 18, 2009 inspection, followed by your inspection report of June 26, 2009 specified the <br />Item 3 problem listed below. <br />A drum of Du Pont CyanobrikTM and two other unmarked drums were observed <br />in the storage area during the inspection. <br />The response is attached to this letter as a separate document.
