detection limits for the associated analyses.
CEC provided an aerial photograph (photographed 10/ 16/2008) of the permit area, along with an updated
contour map of the mine site, Map Appendix Q-1( dated 1/2009), as a part of the Annual Reclamation Report.
The updated contours are in compliance with the approved post-mining topography map (Map Appendix Q-1,
dated 2/2001). The contours shown on 2008 Annual Report Map Appendix Q-1 are consistent with that
observed on site.
The 2008 Annual Report is in compliance with Rule 2.04.13.
