Your inspection report of June 26, 2009 specified the Item <br />5 problem as listed below. <br />• Item 5 - The presence of sulfitic ore in the temporary ore stockpiles could cause this <br />operation to be classified as a Designated Mining Operation as defined in Rule <br />1.1(14). <br />The Division responded to the September 22, 2009 Extension Request on September 25, 2009. <br />UMC's response is attached to this letter as a separate document.
