Exhibit L - Reclamation Costs Considering the concurrent reclamation plan, this cost estimate is based on the maximum amount of disturbance that is planned for this operation. The point of maximum reclamation is when the operator has mined to the south and established a mining face into the high ground in the middle of the site. Mining would then be proceeding to the west. The gravel processing plant would be relocated back into the former 111 permit area. The southern area will have three vertical mining faces to backfill. The pit floor will need topsoiling and seeding.
