We do not <br />believe it is appropriate to add the cost for removal of <br />existing junk to the bond. <br />III) Exhibit L Permanent Man Made Structures <br />We have received signed notarized agreements for 4 of the <br />structures. Copies of the tracking information from the <br />LISPS was provided in the Appendix of the application for <br />your review. Enclosed find copies of the 4 returned agree- <br />ments for Black Hills Energy, Pueblo County, St. Charles <br />Mesa Water and Ms. Brummer (AKA Gabi Baski). Only Qwest <br />Communications has not returned an agreement.' The Qwest <br />agreement packet, including a stamped, addressed, return <br />envelope, was received in their office on August 21, 2009 so <br />they have had adequate time to return it.
