Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Parmit with the Colorado Mined
Land Reclamation Hoard wider provisions with the Colorado Mined
Lend Reclamation Act for extraction of Construction materials.
The proposad mine is known as The Orr Pit, and is located in
Section 6, T-21-S, R-63-9, 6th P.M., Pueblo County, Colorado.
The proposed date of commencement is November 2009 and the
proposed date of completion in 2019. The proposed future uee.of
the lend is rangeland.
Additional Information and a tentative decision date ray be
obtained at the Division o£ Reclamation, Mining i Safety , 1313
Sherman Street, Rm 215r Denver, Colorado 80203, [phone],,
or at the office of the Pueblo County Clerk and Recosdez,
Trinidad, Colorado.
Written ca ments to the application must be received at the
office of the Division of Reclamation, Mining i Safety no later
than 4:00 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2009.
