Access to the wells is west off <br />of Rio Blanco County Road 83and approximately 250 feet in length. These wells are in an area <br />that is designated as Big Game Severe Winter Range which is encumbered by a timing limitation <br />for development activities from December 1 to April 30. <br />The following are conditions of approval that apply to the construction activity involved with <br />12114 and 12H-R. Please note conditions number 1 (timing limitation) and 6 which requires a <br />paleontological monitor. <br />1. Pad construction, vegetation clearing, drilling/completion and reclamation operations shall be <br />conducted outside the big game severe winter range period (i.e., outside the period of 1 <br />January to 30 April). <br />2. Interim reclamation of the well pad is required. Interim reclamation involves re-contouring <br />the site to maximize the extent of disturbance available for reclamation, leaving the minimum <br />area necessary for routine production and maintenance activities or as necessary to <br />accommodate BLM authorized development plans. Desired vegetation shall be established <br />on as much of the disturbance as practicable to minimize soil erosion, inhibit noxious and <br />invasive weed establishment, allow for the advance of successional processes, and provide
