The proposal acknowledges that
the structures are subject to administration and therefore must not store water out-of-
priority pursuant to the request by the State Engineer's Office. The applicant, Seneca
Coal Company LLC (SCC) proposes to construct a low-level outlet capable of draining
all storage in the dam and water can be released from the runoff control structures within
twenty-hour hours or as directed by the division engineer and/or water commissioner.
Currently, the SEO has no objection to the proposed revisions.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the information desk of this office at (303)
866-3587 and reference the receipt number.
Sincerely, l /
v
Mark J.
