W <br />Springfield, CO 81073 <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lusk;; <br />This letter will inform you that the Board of County Commissioners of Baca County, <br />741 Main St. Springfield CO 81073, ph# (719) 523-6532 has filed an application for a <br />Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />For the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is located at Sectionl0, <br />Township 32 South, Range 47 West of 6t' Prime Meridian. Baca County intends to con- <br />duct surface mining operations at this site, you as landowner within 200' of permitted <br />area, have a period of Forty-One (41) days to comment to the Colorado Mined Land Re- <br />clamation Board if you so desire. <br />The proposed date of commencement is Oct. 15, 2009. The proposed date of completion <br />is Sept. 17, 2018. The proposed future use is RANGELAND.
