Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS) issued a proposed decision for <br />Technical Revision No. 67 on September 23, 2009. A public notice of the proposed decision was <br />published in the Rio Blanco Herald Times on October 1, 2009. This public notice initiated a ten-day <br />public comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the <br />Division regarding this proposed revision. No comments were received by the Division during the <br />public comment period. The tenth day fell on Sunday, October 11, 2008.
