Z009 <br />D?'oston U, Keclamat?on, <br />Mining and Safety <br />TRAPPER MINING INC. <br />CRAIG, COLORADO <br />HORSE GULCH FILL <br />QUARTERLY FILL CERTIFICATION <br />I, Seth Austin Puls, a Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado, in accordance with <br />2CCR407-2, Section 4.09.1(11), have conducted a quarterly inspection of the Horse Gulch Fill <br />construction. Construction activities commenced July 6, 2009. <br />A quarterly inspection was conducted on September 30, 2009. The fill was inspected for stability, and <br />no appearance of instability, structural weakness, or other hazardous condition was observed during <br />inspection. <br />During the third quarter of 2009, the lateral drain, also referred to as a finger drain in the original <br />design, was completed as designed from Station H-1 to Station H-7. During construction, this portion of <br />the underdrainage system was regularly inspected and photographed to insure compliance with both <br />prudent construction methods, and the approved design. <br />The main under drain was completed as designed from Station M-1 to Station M-4.
