Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations for AMSO RD&D Project-P a 1; File No, P-2008 <br />046, Approval to Commence Prospecting and Acceptance of Financial Warrad yt1MD-02 I,,-- <br />Dear Mr. Day: <br />The Division approved your Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting on October 3, 2008.1 On October 21, 2008, the <br />Division received and approved your One Site Prospecting on Bureau of Land Management Land Check for Deposit in <br />State Treasury No. 1402135894, in the amount of $392,100.00, for the AMSO RD&D Project, File No. P-2008-046. <br />Therefore, approval for your Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting at AMSO RD&D Project was granted on <br />October 21, 2008 and you were allowed to commence operations at this site. <br />On April 6, 2009, the Division approved the first modification to the Notice of Intent. <br />On August 31, 2009, the Division approved the second modification to. the Notice of Intent, pending receipt and <br />approval of additional financial warranty. On September 30, 2009, the Division received and approved the additional <br />One Site Prospecting on Bureau of Land Management Land Financial Warranty Check for Deposit in State Treasury <br />No. 1402957957, in the amount of $40,880.00, for the AMSO RD&D Project Modification No. 2, for File No. P- <br />2008-046. Therefore, you are granted permission from the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety to commence <br />operations outlined in MOD-2 for the AMSO RD&D Project. <br />However, since your operation is located on Federal surface and/or is accessing Federal minerals, you will need to <br />obtain a permit from the Federal government prior to re-commencement of operations. <br />Also, in accordance with Rule 5.6, an Annual Report and associated fee of $86.00 per site must be submitted on your <br />notice approval anniversary date for each year following the filing of an NOI until reclamation responsibility release <br />is granted.
