Varra, Vice President of Operations <br />Varna Companies, Inc. <br />8120 Gage Street <br />Frederick, Colorado 80516 <br />- Heintzehnan Project - Regular Impact (112) <br />The following; Public Notice appeared in the Greeley Tribune for four (4) consecutive weeks, commencing <br />Tuesday 17 March 2009, as shown below. You have received a copy of this Notice as required by Colorado <br />Mined Land Rules and Regulations. All lands having a valuable mineral resource must be extracted prior to <br />development. All extracted lands must also be reclaimed. These lands will be reclaimed to a mixed use of <br />agriculture, water resources, residential, commercial and industrial uses that will complement the surrounding <br />lands. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us as detailed above, and ask for Garrett <br />C. Varra, Vice President of Operations. Thank-you. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Varra Companies, Inc. (8120 Gage St., Frederick, CO, 80516, Telephone: 303-666-6657), has filed an application <br />for a Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Heintzelman Project, and is located at or near the East Half of <br />the Fast Half of Section 32, Township 3 North, Range 67 West, 6`h P.M.; Weld County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is 1 July 2009, and the proposed date of completion is 1 July 2039. The <br />proposed future use of the land is mixed agriculture, residential, commercial and industrial. Additional <br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety <br />(1313 Sherman St., Room 215, Denver, CO 80203, Telephone 303-866-3567), or at the Weld County Clerk to the <br />Board (915 IO h Street, 3`d Floor, Greeley, Colorado 80632), or the above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and'must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety by 4:00 <br />P.M. on Monday 27 April 2009. <br />Statement of Understanding: The signature below evidences receipt of this notice after the time period <br />required by Statute.
