IThe Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) has received Lewicki and Associates response to
the DRMS Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR) of the above referenced 112c application. A Pre-
operational inspection was conducted on September 23, 2009. A copy of the inspection report is
enclosed for your records. No additional issues were noted based on that inspection. It appears all
Tissues have been addressed with the exception of the close of public comment and the receipt of the
