A Pre- <br />operational inspection was conducted on September 23, 2009. A copy of the inspection report is <br />enclosed for your records. No additional issues were noted based on that inspection. It appears all <br />Tissues have been addressed with the exception of the close of public comment and the receipt of the <br />affidavit of publication.
