Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety (DRMS) has finished the review process for the above <br />referenced application. DRMS has received the final proof of publication affidavit and a clarification that <br />topsoil will be seeded if left in place for more than 180 days. No objectionable comments were received <br />therefore DRMS may issue a decision. <br />'It appears the Moffat County's application for the Clay Pit #21 meets all the requirements for a 112c <br />permit. Therefore, staff is pleased to inform Moffat County that the 112c permit application is <br />approved. Per Rule 4.1.2(2) no financial warranty is required to be posted by the County. However a <br />Performance Warranty is required.
