The gate was mounted onto large timbers which were set <br />into ribs and back; the gaps were filled in with mortar and rock Water flows over the mortar and rocks should be <br />stable for a while since the water is neutral in pH Water flowing (gpprox 1 gal/min) from the adit drains into the <br />existing waste pile; there is no outflow from the dump Approved access route not drivable for ore trucks <br />i,-auipment and personnel No evidence of an mining activity as identified in the approved POO <br />]RECOMMENDED CHANGES TO OPERATIONS: <br />Recommend termination of BLM approved Plan of Operations due to inactivity as per 43 CFR 3809 424 <br />(a)(3). <br />Describe any corrective actions that must take place immediately (including onsite instructions to operator): <br />Repair damage to BLM wooden barricade if it was damaged operator or designated agent of the operator during <br />the installation of the locked ate at the portal.
