" Applicant's Response: Like the Division, the Applicant also believes ground water mounding is a valid issue. The Applicant will continue to monitor ground water elevations until released from this requirement by the Division. Wash fines will be discharged in the southern portion of Cell 2 which is approximately 23.3 acres in size.
