I have an adequacy response prepared. I am going with a reference area comparison for now. I need a right of entry
letter from a landowner on whose land the reference area will be located. Bill Bear is handling the letter and I should have
it in a few days. Please extend the decision deadline for Bowie No. 1 Mine TR-51 until November 30, 2009.

30th. Please request an extension of the due date. The Division issued its Preliminary Adequacy Review on the 29th of
January - what are your thoughts regarding the timetable for finalizing this revision?
