The Gehrman Pit will use the existing access and haul roads of the Bunn Ranch Pit to reach the
site. The landowner of the Bunn Ranch property, Elam Construction, is also the permittee of the
Gehrman Pit, and authorizes access. The property of the Gehrman Pit is owned wholly by Mark
and Lori Gehrman. The lease of the site is attached in the following exhibit.
