The <br />report is in compliance and satisfy rule 2.02.6(3)(b). It is noted that the report covers holes ccu001- <br />ccu011 with hole ccu001 being converted into a monitoring well and transferred to the landowner <br />under well permit No. 274598 with the Colorado State Engineer. <br />Attached with the Final Reclamation Report is your request for coal exploration bond release for NOI <br />X-2007-229-00. We currently hold a bond for this NOI in the amount of $32,224.00. <br />So that we may properly evaluate the success of the remaining reclamation at this site, we will conduct <br />the bond release inspection within 30 days and weather permitting.
