The amended Tab 20 table of contentspage ii lists Attachment 20-D as `Shrub Plot Slide Remediation Plan "and <br />Attachment 20-E as `Pond 016 Slide Remediation Plans" The insertion instructions are to insert the new material <br />as Attachment 20-D, which is confusin& because the focus of the study plan submitted is on the Pond 016 slide arra <br />rather than the shrub plot slide arra. <br />Based on email corm rpondence, best approach might be to havie a single Attachment (20-D), titled `Pond 0161016A <br />Area Slide Stabili.Zation Plan "or something similar. Attachment 20-E would then be unnecessary. Please <br />address the discrepancy between the TOCpage and the insertion mstructions and revise as <br />necessary. <br />Response: SCC is sincerely sorry that such a minor typo has caused such confusion for the DRMS. Please <br />accept the revised insertion instructions that indicate that Attachment 20-E is the correct place to insert the <br />"Geotechnical Evaluation and Stabilization/Reconstruction Recommendations Pond 16 Slide". In addition, <br />SCC would like to leave the Remediation plans as separate attachments. <br />2. In addition to the consultant report provided, please submit a page for insertion m front of <br />the consultant repor6 which incorporates SCC's narrative commitment to provide a <br />comprehensive slide mmediation plan for the enure slide complex in the vicinity ofPonds <br />016, 0164 and the nearby shrub establishment area no later than the end oftbe .F quarter of <br />2010. <br />Response: Attached is a commitment as requested. <br />Seneca Coal Company .
